USB wireless mouse adapter for AMIGA/ATARI STe

Based on open source Smally Mouse ( https://github.com/simoninns/SmallyMouse2)

 

Device may work in two modes:

  • AMIGA ( switch up )
  • ATARI ST ( switch down)

 

DISCLAIMER:

  • device may not work with wired mouses, that needs to much current, so preferably use wireless ones

UPLOADING FIRMWARE:

  • get usb A-A cable
  • Download driver pack ( in win10 i had to disable driver signature enforcement) 
  • Set 2 dip switches to ON posistion
  • Connect to PC and move dip switch 1 to OFF position; windows will detect hardware
  • install driver (accept RED WARNING BOX)
  • You shall have sth like this:

 

 

 

 

  • Download and install  software FLIP
  • in FLIP:
    • DEVICE -> SELECT -> AT90USB1287
    • SETTINGS -> COMMUNICATION --> USB --> OPEN
    • You shall have sth like below:

 

 

 

 

  • FILE --> LOAD  SMALLY MOUSE FIRMWARE  and press button RUN 
  • move second  dip switches to off so BOTH ARE OFF and disconnect
  • READY
